Located between New Sutton Road ( AKA Rte 59) and Bartlett Road The Woods of South Barrington is a master planned unit development of luxury homes built by Toll Brothers. Regency at The Woods is a luxury active adult community for the over 55 year olds and is just one of the four collections of homes here. Toll Brothers is abut to commence the final stage of contruction on a smaller area just north of Penny Road, so opportunity to buy your semi custom dream home here in The Woods of South Barrington still exists but will not last much longer.
