Why not use a business broker instead? Well maybe I am a little biased but the Business Brokers are not licensed, their industry is not regulated, unlike the real estate industry. So if you have a business to sell, consider using a licensed real estate broker. As a licensed associate broker, I would be happy to help you, as long as your business is in the state of Illinois.
