Inverness Illinois Real Estate and Home Sales - Market Data 2009
The first chart shows the average marketing tine for homes sold in Inverness Illinois. In April there were no sales of either townhomes or single family homes. Both single family homes and townhomes see peaks and troughs. This is caused by the lack of sales, so when only one closing occurs in a month the marketing time for only one property counts. When we see more sales it gets evened out more.

The following chart is showing the list price to sales price ratios for both detached and attached homes in Inverness Illinois. Sales price to list price ratios are in the low 90% on average. This is a little lower than in the Barrington area where the mid 90% is being achieved.
